Very nice and clean rooms with good food choices. Buffet is included with room price( deluxe rooms). Great service from the staff as well.(SP M)
Still waiting for the pool and spa facilities to be built apart from that lovely hotel (Dreamer59103576745)

The food, service, ambiance and rooms are great! Would like to special shout out to Pranav Jassal at the desk, services at the restaurant are very cordial and accommodating but special thanks to -Rajesh, Rajji and Chef Tomar !! I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Park Plaza, Jalandhar. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I would especially like to appreciate the housekeeping team and the management for their honesty and helpful nature. A special mention to Ms. Sarita (Manager) , Mukul and Sunaina the housekeeping staff for their prompt support and cooperation. They were extremely responsible, trustworthy, and went out of their way to assist me, which truly reflects the hotel’s high standards and values. Highly recommend this hotel for a safe, comfortable, and trustworthy stay.
