We arrived this afternoon at this hotel, where we have not stayed before. We were warmly welcomed right at the reception by a young and very nice man. I got sick during our drive from Italy to here. When I didn't have the strength to make it to the buffet tonight, my husband went to ask if it was possible to bring some food up to the room. He was met by an absolutely wonderful man who received him at the entrance. He arranged everything so that my husband got a whole tray of food for me! And not only that, the man carried it all the way up to the room for us! We are SO happy, surprised and really satisfied with such a nice people, who made our stay to a pleasure! We will definitely return! Thanks to a fantastic staff!

The hotel is well located only a few minutes walk from Mendulin town centre. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, functional and modern but could do with being a little larger. The main restaurant is buffet style for breakfast and dinner but offers plenty of choice. An improvement here would be offering hot rather than cold plates. I was surprised how busy the hotel was as we chose to visit when the school holidays were over with. There is a ‘beach’ just outside the rear of the hotel, it is small though and pebbly. There are three swimming pools, one indoor and a large gym. Would I return, yes, so I guess that says it all.

Just back from a week at the hotel. The room was clean and well. Room was quiet. Breakfast and dinner choices were plentiful and salad was great, morning omelettes. We nearly always managed to get a seat outside. Pools were lovely. The top pool was quieter. Good entertainment and workout sessions. The spa was lovely and so were the massages. The gym was well equipped though could do with some more air con. Indoor pool and facilities were good. We had a few cloudy days and even the hot days it was lovely to go to the spa and gym. All the staff were helpful. We went on the Pula walking tour with the hotel and it was really interesting and just the right length of time. Location was spot on for Medulin. A nice walk to the bars and close to the beach. The first few days we could easily get a sunbed by the pool. When it got busier it was challenging if you went after 10 and unfortunately more people put their towels out but wouldn’t be there for hours. All in all a lovely relaxing stay.

Stayed at Park Plaza Belvedere Hotel. Very comfortable, welcoming hotel. Simply styled room with everything on hand. Great choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Always being replenished so always fresh. It was admittingly early June and still relatively quiet. Enjoyed walking along the coastline each way either into Medulin town or further along to campsites. Really enjoyable holiday.

Stayed at Park Plaza Belvedere for a few days and really enjoyed it. The location is amazing—right by the sea and close to Bijeca Beach, which was perfect for relaxing. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially liked having breakfast on the terrace with a sea view. Great place for a quiet, easy-going vacation.
