We stayed here for 10 days for business and leisure, and this hotel truly deserves 5 stars. 1) Excellent Location The side door leads directly to the domestic train station and a minimart. From the main entrance, a short 5-minute walk brings you to the LEGO shop, shopping malls, eateries, and about 15 minutes walk ,heading straight you will reach the Forbidden City. 2) Clean and Well-Equipped Rooms Rooms are clean and come with everything you need—coffeemaker, daily 4 bottled waters, iron and board, bathtub, hair dryer, kettle, tea, safe, fridge, full toiletries, and pillow options. Washing machine, dryer, and microwave are conveniently available on the first floor with room-card access. 3) Exceptional Service Special thanks to Concierge Andy Jia, who is kind, patient, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. He gave us clear directions, showed genuine care, arranged an a good discount airport transfer, and even checked that we arrived safely. Front desk staff Ava and Faye were also wonderful—Ava arranged a quiet room with a good view and early check-in, while Faye helped with a late check-out. A truly pleasant stay. "Our First trip to China"

We had a great trip to Beijing staying at Park Plaza Wangfujing. The location is walking distance to Wangfujing Street and a quick car ride to the Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the service was the highlight. The staff was incredibly supportive, helping us arrange trips to the Great Wall and other sites.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in mid-September, and returned for 3 nights at the end of September. We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing. Their reception desk staff were excellent and efficient with well spoken English - big thank you to Kelvin and Angela who arranged for a free room upgrade for us. The rooms were very clean and spacious; but a little outdated and in needs of some maintenance or renovation. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and hardworking. The hotel breakfast was great; lots of food variety with Western, Chinese and Japanese breakfast choices. I loved the dining area with all the windows and natural light. The dining area staff were excellent too. Overall, we had fantastic stay at this hotel.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews and we weren't disappointed. The hotel is around the corner from the subway station, which makes it an easy commute from the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and we easily walked to Tiananmen Square. There is a Starbucks, McDonald's and convenience store outside if you need those. The staff are very friendly and really try to help you. The rooms are comfortable and a good size. One helped us with our Universal Studios booking. I would say that I wish the staff were more knowledgeable, and maybe it was just one of the receptionists. I wanted advice on how to get to Tiananmen Square for the flag lowering ceremony, and I had read online that it was tricky. The receptionist really didn't know and he just told me that all entrances were available (which is actually not true at all, many are blocked off). Given a lot of international foreigners stay at this hotel, and this is a main tourist attraction that is close by, I would expect him to know how to guide me, so that was a bit disappointing. But overall, I would recommend this hotel. Good value for the price.

We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. Hotel is clean and well equipped including a self service laundry room which came very useful during our stay. The staff is friendly and very helpful, from front desk, concierge and housekeeping. They are efficient and customer oriented. Hotel serves a pretty good buffet breakfast at very affordable price if you book with the room. Food quality is good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Family friendly and convenient location with a 24hr convenient store just across the hotel and many shopping and food options close by.
