The hotel is located on a small but quite busy street, so pretty noisy even at night. But so is the rest of Bangkok. (Stemonson F)

"Another wonderful stay!"

This was my second stay at Park Plaza. I really like the hotel. It’s in a great location, has a nice little gym and great rooftop pool. Everyone who works there is wonderful. Front desk staff are very welcoming, housekeeping was great. The doormen Oui and Pean are my favorites. I was always happy to see them, and they always helped when I needed anything. Their friendliness is what I remember most and one of the biggest reasons I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend Park Plaza and I will stay there again.

"Love this place"

This is a really great place to stay with wonderful helpful and friendly staff. We've already stayed 4 times and have booked our fifth stay for Otober this year. Cannot praise the staff enough. Nothing is too much trouble.
