  • Amazing rooms and views, perfect location for beech and food and fun activities kids loved it here and the staff are lovely and very helpful and accommodating breakfast is also lovely Thank you to all the staff at the hotel had a lovely stay

  • Excellent position of the hotel. Our room was lovely and spacious. Delighted that we had a shower instead of a bath. Made life easier as husband has mobility problems. Staff at breakfast were very helpful. No semi skimmed milk in our room but when I asked for some at reception they sent up a small jug with some in. Lovely sea view.

  • The service, staff, rooms and hotel it’s self are impeccable from my experience every time I’ve stayed here at the Radisson. They have been massively accommodating even to any last minute changes, they’ve been very understanding and patient each and every time. The passion they have to deliver exceptional customer service to myself and my partner is above and beyond. I have nothing but praise to give them and I can’t thank them enough for making our stays even more enjoyable. This is a hotel I will use anytime I am staying in the area.   • Park Inn hosted our 60th Wedding Anniversary. We found the whole experience wonderful from the start with the meetings manager Courtney who assisted in the planning, the catering staff who were attentive without intrusive, and the kitchen/chef who provided a great meal/feast. A massive big THANK YOU. We felt the cost was very reasonable, again thank you.

  • Great stay here, Callum checked us in and everything was smooth and ideal. We stayed last year and some issues, so my partner contacted the hotel to see what could be done. What was done was brilliant, we were upgraded to a beautiful room and were given added amenities along with a complimentary drinks voucher as it was my birthday. All in all a great stay and great service and communication provided by Callum.
