Definitely recommendate this hotel, we stayed one night only. But we enjoyed our stay, beds was very comfortable. We been very surprised, because apartment is very stylish and there had everything what you need, location is perfect in centre city, In future we will stay only in this hotel.

Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Very modern and well maintained. I appreciated having full amenities- a fridge, security box, iron and hair dryer and more. Location is also a short walk from Old Town.

Great location, very friendly staff, professional. Family friendly. Provided cot for our baby. Clean, fresh. Everything you need is there. Would highly recommend to Family and friends. Nice city views from windows.

Excellent apartment with good facilities satisfactory kitchen equipment and sufficient seating . Nice big terrace with good all round view of all round streets etc. Good quiet location. friendly staff who were extremely helpful and thank you to Tatjana ,Christina and Jana for all their help and advice. Will be happy to recommend Residence to my friends and colleagues. Will come back.:)

Stayed for a three night, four day Christmas city break. Very pleased with our choice of hotel. The hotel is a few blocks (10-15 min) walk from the attractions of the Old Town. If coming in from the airport, recommend getting a Bolt taxi. Being an "aparthotel" style property, you benefit from larger rooms and a mini-kitchen. We'd paid for a one bedroom suite, but got upgraded to a balcony. The room was clean, spacious and had a great view over the rooftops. We didn't go for the breakfast option (which is just a few items in a paper bag) and made extensive use of the Rimi supermarket one block away. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Two niggles: (1) The room would benefit from bedside USB charging points (2) Despite being a non-smoking hotel, it seems our neighbour was smoking (cherry pipe tobacco) in their bathroom, which was wafting in our bathroom via the common ventilation system. Would stay here again.
