I have been coming here for more than six years now, usually three to four times a year. From my very first visit, I felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel has a personal atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The rooms offer exactly what you need during a business trip: - they are clean - have a good bed, - a comfortable bathroom - a TV that can be connected to your phone or tablet. Upon arrival, there is always the option to enjoy a drink and a small meal late in the evening, which is perfect after a long workday. I use the gym early in the morning or at the end of the afternoon. The space is compact but perfectly adequate for the size of the hotel. My personal favourite is the breakfast buffet. Make sure to ask for the ginger shot, highly recommended and the warm nuts at the bar are delicious. In the restaurant, whether upstairs at the bar or downstairs, the pasta is my go‑to dish. It may not be the most luxurious hotel in the Westland region, but the price‑quality ratio is a solid 9. In the end, you come here to have breakfast, occasionally dine, and get a good night’s sleep. Paying much more for extra luxury simply isn’t necessary in this area. Friendly staff, great value for money, personal service, and above all: a safe and comfortable stay. That’s why I keep coming back.

Excellent, the services were very good, I felt appreciated, the receptionist were professional, the lobby was good as I waited for my flight. But may be for those that have to wait for their flight, after check out, you may think of extending a few complementary services, like a glass of water, or a place where they can rest, because from my check out it was too long waiting. You may make it a point to ensquire what sort of help guests may need as they wait

We had a wonderful experience hosting our colleague's farewell dinner at Park Inn By Radisson Nairobi Westlands Rooftop. From the initial booking process to the actual event, the team was incredibly supportive and accommodating. The set-up was executed in line with our requested requirements, the food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding.
