Awesome service and great spaces. My 4th floor room had spectacular views and was neat, clean and well-equipped. The breakfast, Mezzanine meeting rooms and rooftop spaces are especially lovely!

Very Much convenient for the Location. Nice atmosphere especially the restaurant Good price Very clean no noise (We held our meeting in one of the meeting rooms and the place nice for the meeting) Nice services nice amenities. The group was very much exited to be at Park inn.

I had a wonderful stay at Parkinn by Radison Westland Nairobi. Their services were superb . Well cleaned rooms with nice and appealing beddings. The room furniture and other fittings were well chosen and reflected the expectation of such a hotel. The lighting system and conditioning was excellent. The windows class provided a great sound proof for the highway traffic. There is a need for guests to have slippers or sandles for easy movements within the hotel after changing into casual wears. The extra guests should be forced to go to the reception to sign the form, instead the form should be brought to the room. It creates unnecessary inconveniences.

This hotel was clean and secure. The staff were top-notch and professional. Most importantly, the air conditioning was functioning well, and there were no mosquitos.

Our experience was good. The hotel is modern and boasts a really good view of Nairobi from the 11th floor. Swimming was a blast, but they need a heated pool. Sharon was a reliable warm smile every morning at breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.
