The hotel is really good but sahoors (breakfast) are perfect. Special thanks to Mr Mamoon. He was very kind and respectful in the restaurant.
My 7-day stay at Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Al Naseem was overall comfortable and enjoyable. The room service was excellent, with staff being attentive and courteous. However, on some occasions, housekeeping staff forgot to provide toiletries and tea items, which required reminders. We booked a room with a king-size bed, but were provided with two joined twin beds. The mattresses occasionally created gaps during sleep, which affected comfort. I recommend that the hotel offer proper king-size beds with single, uniform mattresses when a king-size room is booked. The pillows provided were quite thick, which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. It would be beneficial for the hotel to provide either thinner pillows or an option of two extra thin pillows alongside the thick ones. While breakfast was satisfactory, I noticed that lunch and dinner were not offered on a daily basis. I suggest that the hotel introduce daily à la carte lunch and dinner options. Additionally, including South Asian breakfast items such as paratha, omelets, and full fry dishes would be greatly appreciated by guests from the region. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and with the above improvements, future guests could have an even more comfortable and satisfying experience.
The hotel was quiet, clean and good view……. Definitely will visit it again inshallah when i visit Makkah next time………..
We stayed a family for 9 days during a summer visit to Makkah. We had two interconnecting rooms which the staff were happy to arrange for us. We found generally the staff all around the hotel helpful and attentive especially the housekeeping staff (his name was Deen). The food was very well priced with generous portions that after a few days of eating out we preferred to order in from the hotel menu. The area has lots of places to visit including the large Rajhi Mosque on its doorstep as well as an hourly bus service that goes to and from Masjid Al Haram. The hotel also has a large seating area in the lobby with coffee and gift shops. Would definitely recommend for future stays. Nadia from the hotel management has always been exceptional in communication and any help needed for booking follow up visits. Thank you and looking forward to visiting again!
My recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Al Naseem hotel from August 27 - August 31, 2025 was exceptional! Mr. Yasir at the front desk was very professional and helpful. The staff was very friendly, respectful, and professional! The location was very ideal, resulting in easy convenience. The room was spacious, clean, and furnished. The shuttle bus service was excellent to Haram. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Top class service. Ehsan Elahi - Calgary, Canada
