Really nice pleasant hotel experience, staff were great and helpful Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus were good and always had a mix of food selections The pool was nice to use Hotel was clean and rooms were a good size Close to a Starbucks as well

The staff in this hotel are superb. I want to especially thanks Samir, Adib and Purna for their wonderful hospitality and attention to cusotmer needs...flawless. The buffet in the evenings is excellent quality. If there are suggestions for consideration it would be that they perhaps consder improving the gym with some addtional space (if possible) and also update the fitness equipment. Regardless, it is fully functional and it's nice to have a gym option. Once again...excellent and I have throughly enjoyed my stay. This is how all hotels should operate when it comes to customer engagement.

My stay at Radisson Blu Jubail was unforgettable. Great location with easy access to attractions. Luxurious, spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond. The dining options were outstanding. Highly recommended for a remarkable experience!

I spent 5 days in the hotel at the end of May 2023. Everything was available and organized and the service was well provided. I was exposed to a situation after logging out and traveling, forgetting the bill. With all professionalism, Ms. Sarah Al-Ghamdi contacted me and sent the bill to my work email, while two of the employees were unable to do the same work.

Excellent customer service and facilities. Very helpful staff and welcoming. They quickly fixed any issues we had. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and lunch were excellent. The gym and pool were in great condition
