Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was very helpful, from reserving a room on a higher floor with a better view to providing recommendations about local stores and foods to try. Due to my VIP status, I could get upgraded to a suite, but sadly the hotel was fully booked that night. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the room, as well as from the rooftop (where breakfast takes place), was excellent. The breakfast buffet has good options; not exceptional variety, but I was glad to see that they offered the traditional kumru Izmir sandwiches. Initially, I was also looking at Pasaporte Pier, which is in front of Park Inn and has a direct view of the sea, but the modern environment and consistent quality of Park Inn definitely got me hooked to return back! The location of Park Inn in the middle of the two most iconic hotels of Izmir (Swissotel and Marriott) is definitely recommended! Every central point of interest (whether to Konak or Alsancak) is 15 minutes away on walking and the tram station is 10 minutes on foot.

I had a pleasant stay at Park Inn by Radisson. The interaction with the staff was consistently professional and polite, and they were helpful throughout my visit. For example, I needed to work during my stay and found that my laptop mouse's battery had expired. The staff promptly assisted me and provided a replacement battery within minutes, which I greatly appreciated. This level of service made my stay comfortable and productive. Thank you.

Nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are modern and beds very comfortable. Breakfast served on the roof terrace with sea views. is really lovely. It’s a pity it wasn’t possible to have coffee, lunch or dinner up there, it’s closed during the day. I was recovering from surgery and unable to leave the room for a day, the lovely room service guy brought me a fantastic breakfast to my room. Breakfast is a buffet. The restaurant is very clean. Receptionists- one is lovely but the rest prefer to talk to each other. Great location for everything and lovely locals. Try Topcau for food out of the hotel turn left and it’s on the corner. For desserts cross the road to Bulu. Walk to carremor supermarket for a wider range or the many scattered about. Out of the hotel turn right there’s a pharmacy in case you need one. Untouristy location which is great for experiencing the culture and local people.

We stayed for six nights at the Park Inn by Radisson, Izmir. The hotel is ideally positioned a few steps away from the sea and the promenade which provides stunning sunset views. A taxi rank is directly opposite the hotel, with the main attractions within a 15 minute walk: Kulturpark, Konak Bazaar, Konak Square, Clock Tower. There are many good restaurants also nearby, a few minutes walk. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained and modern, as expected from the Radisson group. We stayed in a Sea View Junior Suite which was a good size with good amenities. Air conditioning was very good. WiFi connection throughout the hotel was good. The staff at the hotel are absolutely amazing. Very kind, polite and willing to accommodate every request. They speak very good English and are extremely attentive. We received particularly good service from staff members Kivanç, Heynettin and Muzeyyen. We had Breakfast at the hotel which was good, however there could have been more variety as it was almost the same items every day. Overall we had a wonderful six nights at the Park Inn and would highly recommend staying here.
