My staycation at Park Inn was a much needed weekend escape. I spent the evening relaxing by the pool, near the bar enjoying the cozy atmosphere.The hotel , room was cozy and well equipped with complete amenities and offered a pleasant view of the pol and SM city Iloilo.In the morning I went to the gym which is open 24/7 and enjoyed a sumptuous breakfasy buffet with my friend.Overall it was a restful and refreshing experience that allowed me to unwind and recharge. I am grateful to my brother who gave me this hotel relaxing treat.

Not sure if my last post went through so will post again Our trip to Iloilo was fabulous - what made it better was the stay at the Park Inn Hotel by Raddison Being a newcomer to the island we sought suggestions on what to see - Ms Jerdenz Sagarang provided us with tips, suggestions and arranged tours for us - the tours were excellent. Ms Sagarang stayed in contact with us with us and provided updates and exceptional customer service. In our opinion she is a true asset to Park Inn and her attitude is a shining example of customer service. The breakfast was exceptional and the variety of food offered perfect breakfast selection. The restaurant staff was very professional and friendly. Room service was fantastic. Prompt and ensured we were comfortable with well stocked and clean rooms.

Once I stepped in ParkInn, I was greeted by friendly John & Ella. The frontdesk services were great whenever i returned. Breakfast team serving at Ani café was pleasant. Especially Kishia Niel & Freda Irish.

Good experience. All of the staffs were very helpful and approachable. Special mention to Albert who is extra courteous and hard - working. Good job for the management too.
