"Amazing staff"

Simply put the staff in this hotel goes an extra mile to do everything they can to make your stay most pleasant. We accidentally left something behind in our room, but thanks to the dedication of Muhammad Ashfaq, it was safely returned to us in the Netherlands. His professionalism, constant communication, and reliability deserve special recognition. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the General Manager of Park Inn and the restaurant staff at Radisson Blu Hasselt. Having these two outstanding hotels side by side creates a truly unique experience in Hasselt ,one that combines impeccable hospitality with unforgettable dining. Park Inn and Radisson Blu together make Hasselt a destination worth visiting, and we couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary stay.

Very nice location , very clean and comfortable rooms. Do not miss the exceptional view on the roof bar at the top of the Radisson tower !!!

Friendly staff, nice room, clean and centrally located. Only two negatives 1. Black out curtains does not 100%block out and no salt on the breakfast tables only pepper. Parking is expensive but convenient.

I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. Everybody was friendly and helpfull. It was nice and quiet in the room and very clean. I certainly would advise others to stay at your hotel. The only thing that was not so ok, that we did not receive any explanation about where or at what time breakfast took place.

Very pleasd. The Rooms are clean and cousy, nice view (in my case 7th floor). Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Easy to park in the payed comunity parking below the hotel (17 EUR/day). easy to find and navigat to the hotel and inside - for the rooms, breakfast, etc. recomended the Rooftop bar in Radisson Blu - no need to go outside the building even.
