My wife and I have stayed here on three occasions over the past 18 months. The hotel is in a great location, being across the road from the Danube and pretty much on the doorstep of the city centre. The rooms are great, the breakfast is very good and the spa and gym facilities are also nice and never too busy. From the hotel, you can cross the bridge right beside the hotel to the UFO tower and also walk, run or cycle along the paths there too. You can be in Austria in 3 miles! There are plenty of great restaurants, pubs and cafes within a few minutes of the hotel too. Highly recommend this place and we will be returning later in the year.
The hotel is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-cared-for stay.
Overall, my experience was excellent, and I plan to choose this hotel for all my future business stays. The hospitality was outstanding, and the hotel fully met my needs.
I stayed here last minute and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (I would say the pillows are very very light) but that's the only criticism! The AC can be hit and miss but I got a fan so was absolutely fine. The location is great next to the old town and easy walking distance to everything. The hotel has a really great swimming pool and sauna too, which is great for relaxing and very clean and well kept. Front desk staff Cristina and Adriana were very pleasant and helpful and on hand to answer any questions and it's nice to see people providing 5* service in a 4* hotel. It's my second time staying in the hotel and felt very welcomed and respected.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that we received two rooms—one for my wife and me, and another for our 10-year-old son. We weren’t looking for anything special like a pool or spa, so this arrangement was an unexpected bonus. Having a separate room for our son meant he could enjoy his noisy games while we had some quiet time to relax. The location was very good, just as we expected, which made exploring easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasant atmosphere of our stay. The only downside for us was the breakfast. Since we don’t eat meat, the options felt limited. As is common in many European hotels, there was a wide selection of sausages, while the variety and quality of vegetables were rather modest. That absolutely doesn't mean the breakfast was bad. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful room arrangement.
