The hotel is situated in the best place near to Tram, near to UFO, Old town nearby for exploration. Train station only 10 mins. Breakfast is good not exaggerated but I can't say missing basic items. A lot of Glute free options available too. Room very spacious, Housekeeping on demand is a nice addition and very helpful. Gym and spa worth a visit too.

We had a very pleasant stay with our family and truly enjoyed the entire weekend. The breakfast was delicious, the service excellent, and the staff at both the reception and the restaurant were friendly and professional. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city center, within easy walking distance of the Christmas markets. There is honestly nothing to complain about. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the breakfast restaurant “traffic light” system showing how busy the restaurant was. It was very helpful for planning our breakfast time, and thanks to this, we had absolutely no issues. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and perfect location by the river. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for two nights as a group of three, with two of us having an apartment suite and the other having a superior room, both had views of the castle. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The spa downstairs was great with a pool, sauna and steam room, with a great view of both the castle and river. We used the spa twice during our stay and didn't see a single other person so it was as if we had the place to ourselves. The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and let us know of the local shops and restaurants.
