Perched atop Shanghai Tower in Lujiazui, the hotel boasts breathtaking panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Huangpu River, the Bund and iconic city skyline day and night. The highlight was the thoughtful 24-hour personal butler service. Butlers responded promptly to every request, arranging transportation, restaurant reservations and room customisation with meticulous care. Elegant oriental design, premium amenities and spotless rooms further elevated the experience. It delivered top-tier luxury and warm personalised service, and I would highly recommend it to all travellers.
