I was with my fiend at Marble Arch hotel. The lift wasn’t work but the hotel is very clean, lobby is very nice and the staff very helpful.

The room was small but comfortable for a one night stay. Jerian helped me get settled ant checkin/out with various items. Very attentive.

Very comfortable room and pleasant staff.Particular thanks to Vivek and Sulan who were so attentive and helpful with our excellent breakfast.Such a nice calm atmosphere in this restaurant,hard to believe you are just off Oxford street.So glad we found this hotel.We will use it in future when visiting London.
