"Comfortable Accommodation but Mixed Service Experience"

The accommodation was very good. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were respectful and always ready to help. The restaurant on the ground floor was okay; however, the waiters could benefit from being a bit more welcoming. They seemed unhappy, which made us feel somewhat unwelcome. On the other hand, the waiters, especially the young lady, on the top floor were the complete opposite. They served with big smiles and were happy to engage in a bit of friendly chat. It seems the restaurant on the top floor does not belong to the hotel and that explains the difference in service standards.
