Some occasions deserve a setting that does not feel like a meeting room, and Radisson Collection Hotel, Warsaw has one. The Polonia Ballroom is column-free and holds up to 400 guests.
Smaller rooms handle closer gatherings, our own restaurants handle the food, and our team looks after the details, so you can spend the evening with your guests instead of checking on the setup.
Choosing the right room for your event
Every event has a shape, and the room should follow it.
- For a gala dinner or a large reception, the Polonia Ballroom is column-free with a high ceiling, and it opens onto a foyer that works for arrivals and drinks before you sit down.
- For a mixed flow, the ballroom divides into three separate rooms, so a plenary can break into smaller groups and come back together without anyone changing floors.
- For a close gathering or a private dinner, our smaller meeting rooms suit a table of 12 or so, and one of them looks out over the city.

Menus and catering for your event
On-site catering covers everything from a coffee break in the ballroom foyer to a seated dinner, and Nokto Restaurant can be taken exclusively for a private event.
Talk to our team early about:

- Dietary needs, including vegan and lactose-free options.
- Service style, from a seated dinner to a standing reception.
- Timings, so the food arrives when the program calls for it.
