We planned to spend 4 nights but we added one more! Radisson Blu Livingstone is an oasis of tranquility! I think this is an understatement! I was forced to simply STOP, UNWIND, RELAX and TAKE IT ALL IN!!! The family echoed the same sentiments when I checked in with them at the end of our stay. For a 5 night stay, we still felt we needed more! It's worth the money! The staff, the food, the grounds (the grounds!!!), the cruise boat (not to mention the cruise experience, the Spa AND THE VIEWS (make sure you experience sunrise and not just sunsets!), were worth the money!

Travelled over Christmas, other than room cleaning staff being overwhelmed by full capacity on Christmas Day, for which they apologized and prioritized our room for evening turn down and the next dwy, the trip was excellent. It also didn't help I had two small babies that must nap mid morning so they couldn't get a window to properly clean within the babies schedule. The hotel is designed to keep you there, activities for the children, jumping castle, the pools, all day dining, the boat cruise. We had no complaints and the super tired children from all the fun were proof. Great gym and spa pool as well. Room service was also very fast. Will definitely be back.

Wir waren für drei Nächte im Radisson Hotel in Livingstone. Wir hatten als Familie eine Junior Suite und ein Standard Zimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Außenanlage ist großzügig, ein großer, schicker Pool lädt zum Baden ein. Die Lage direkt am Sambesi ist natürlich hervorragend. Das Personal war größtenteils sehr freundlich, auch wenn es einmal mit Gladys im Hauptrestaurant Probleme gab. Schwamm drüber. Insgesamt können wir das Radisson in Livingstone absolut für einen Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Wir können das Radisson absolut empfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und hochwertig. Wir hatten aufgrund unseres Radisson-Status ein Upgrade in eine Suite (Zimmer 912) bekommen. Sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Fluß und an einem Tag sogar Hippos auf einer kleinen Insel. Tipp: Unbedingt des Sunset-Cruise auf dem hoteleigenen Boot machen. Ist jeden Cent wert. Das abendliche Buffet im Hotel-Restaurant können wir dagegen nicht empfehlen. Wenn dort essen, dann besser à la carte.

Nach einer umfangreichen Rundreise durch Südafrika und Namibia haben wir uns ein paar Tage Erholung gegönnt!
