From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Blu Livingstone, we were taken care of. One of the guest relations managers kindly offered us a seat on the couch and free drinks while we were waiting for a small snafoo on our room to be resolved (which they did - with an upgrade!). The grounds are beautiful, you can see the mist of the falls right down the Zambezi , which the hotel sits right on. We enjoyed a lovely sunset cruise and great meals at the hotel. They even sent wine for the parents and chocolates for the kids to our room! I really can't say enough about the hospitality of their staff though - everyone is welcoming and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone going to see Victoria Falls!

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Mosi-Oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort during our time in Zambia. The hotel itself is beautifully located along the Zambezi River, with very peaceful surroundings, attractive grounds, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The property feels both spacious and well maintained. What especially stood out was the level of care and service from the staff. During our stay, my wife was not feeling well for a few days, and the team very kindly offered to bring food to the room — a thoughtful gesture that we genuinely appreciated. The staff also helped resolve a double-booking issue related to our airport transportation to Victoria Falls Airport, which removed a significant logistical concern for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a very good selection and consistently great waitress service each morning. The conference facilities were impressive and very well suited for meetings and events we attended, all in a beautiful setting. Overall, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, with a strong combination of location, facilities, hospitality, and genuine customer care. We would gladly recommend the Radisson Blu Mosi-Oa-Tunya to anyone visiting Livingstone or Victoria Falls.

Wir waren für drei Nächte im Radisson Hotel in Livingstone. Wir hatten als Familie eine Junior Suite und ein Standard Zimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Außenanlage ist großzügig, ein großer, schicker Pool lädt zum Baden ein. Die Lage direkt am Sambesi ist natürlich hervorragend. Das Personal war größtenteils sehr freundlich, auch wenn es einmal mit Gladys im Hauptrestaurant Probleme gab. Schwamm drüber. Insgesamt können wir das Radisson in Livingstone absolut für einen Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Wir können das Radisson absolut empfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und hochwertig. Wir hatten aufgrund unseres Radisson-Status ein Upgrade in eine Suite (Zimmer 912) bekommen. Sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Fluß und an einem Tag sogar Hippos auf einer kleinen Insel. Tipp: Unbedingt des Sunset-Cruise auf dem hoteleigenen Boot machen. Ist jeden Cent wert. Das abendliche Buffet im Hotel-Restaurant können wir dagegen nicht empfehlen. Wenn dort essen, dann besser à la carte.

Nach einer umfangreichen Rundreise durch Südafrika und Namibia haben wir uns ein paar Tage Erholung gegönnt!
