⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Durban Umhlanga I arrived at the Radisson Blu Hotel Durban Umhlanga at around 20:30 on 2 October, and from the moment I walked through the doors, the experience was exceptional. The welcome at reception immediately set the tone. The three team members assisting with my check-in were incredibly warm, happy, professional and genuinely helpful. After a long day, that kind of welcome makes all the difference. My room was beautiful, with an incredible view, and absolutely immaculate. The room, bathroom and overall housekeeping were spotless. Everything felt fresh, well maintained and thoughtfully taken care of. One of the highlights for me was the 24/7 room service. The service was incredibly efficient, and the food was genuinely excellent. I ordered both the burger and the pasta during my stay, and both arrived hot, beautifully presented and full of flavour. It was honestly some of the best hotel room service I’ve experienced. The service throughout the stay was consistently impressive. Housekeeping was incredibly quick, and whenever I called reception, the response was almost instant. Every interaction was met with a friendly and helpful attitude — something that really stood out. Even checking out was seamless. The same warmth and professionalism I experienced when arriving was there right through to the end of my stay. Overall, this was honestly a 10/10 experience. Beautiful property, immaculate rooms, excellent food and, most importantly, a team that clearly understands what great hospitality looks like. A special thank you to the entire team at the Radisson Blu Umhlanga — you made my stay genuinely enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back. ❤️

Very good service, friendly staff, clean rooms, halaal breakfast options, good location to shopping and restaurants and overall excellent experience.

Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden und kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Hätte ich nicht erwartet, bin begeistert

Gutes Stadthotel in sehr guter Lage, Unmittelbare Strandnähe, sicherer Stadtteil, viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kleiner Poll im 6. Stock mit schöner Aussicht, leider kein Spa-Bereich vorhanden. Direkter Zugang zu EKZ mit Edelmarken.

Sehr modernes Hotel, könnte man die Fenster öffnen oder hätte man einen Balkon wäre es perfekt gewesen. Frühstücksbüffet ist super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Tolle Lage, der Strand ist keine 3 Minuten entfernt.
