had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Special thanks to Sir, Surchand, and Atangba — you truly made my stay memorable. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt so well taken care of. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere — it made me feel so relaxed and happy. I’d definitely love to come back again!

It was very pleasant. Nice staying. Food was very nice. Cleanliness of room and washroom was quite okay. Behaviour and courtesy of all kinds of staffs really appreciable especially OVIA and DIBIYA at restaurant are amazing in delivering their concerned services. All stay well and continue your best services in future.

I have stayed at this property few times earlier also and always look forward to returning here. The rooms are clean, very comfortable, and the staff is professionally competent and amazing. They go over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The staff is the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel in a long time. I love everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, the serene pool area and gym facility. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment are the best parts. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable again. A special thanks to the staff members from Front Office (Surchand, Atangba, Deepak, Kamei, Paul, Sanjita, Tababi, Chanurembi & Prashuriya) and F&B Department (Chanu, Surphy, Pinky, Princy, Bidya, Sonia, Daina, Amarjit & Punikanta).
