We've just returned from a family weekend break in London and absolutely loved this hotel. When we arrived initially our hotel room did not have enough beds for our family of 5 so they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite which was stunning and had an amazing view of the London Eye. The location, decor, cleanliness and staff in this hotel are all wonderful. We will definitely return and can't recommend it highly enough.

This hotel location is perfect for all aspects of visiting London. The room was perfect with a fantastic view of Westminster and the Houses of Parliament. All staff were very accommodating. The lifts were sometimes a little tricky to operate but overall ok. The food was plentiful and delicious. Great experience and can’t wait to come back.

Excellent hotel. Great location, friendly and very helpful staff. Stayed here is 2025 and would definitely return when visiting London.
