Entered the hotel and was greeted by Alan from concierge the first thing we noticed was the scent would love to buy a candle as that good. The checkin was quick and easy and Damien was very attentive. Once in the room wow the views and wall to floor windows were amazing. On our first morning we came for breakfast we met Lee in the lobby who was a joy to talk to and directed us to breakfast and made sure we were seated quickly and taken care off just like all of the other guests. Absolutely no negatives about our stay and look forward to returning.

First time staying here and not disappointed amazing hotel location is first class. Room was brilliant with a view of Big Ben had the pleasure of meeting one of the housekeepers when I left my room Sabina who was happy to take some rubbish from me. The concierge were brilliant and Jaz arranged everything we needed. Can’t wait to stay again!

Had a great stay at an amazing hotel facilities were great and the pool is brilliant, Youlanda at the spa is amazing and the interaction i experienced on the phone while ordering room service with Milly was exceptional look forward to our next stay.

Had the pleasure of staying at Park Plaza Westminster what a great location staff and facilities were amazing. Upon arrival we were met by Lee one of the managers who directed us to check in even helping us with our bags due to having 2 small children what an absolute star and got our break away to a fantastic start.

Being a Radisson rewards member with vip status means I get an upgraded room if available. This trip I got an upgrade to 100sqm suite for the night. It was incredible. We had two bedrooms two lounges a kitchen and an outdoor terrace. My partner loved it. Completed with access to the lounge - this was incredible value for less £200 per night. We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to go back.
