The room was not completely satisfactory, but the service was excellent. I would also suggest reviewing the tax details on the website, as there seemed to be some variation that caused confusion. I would especially like to thank Nida from the Front Desk. She patiently explained the tax charges and helped me understand why they differed. I also faced an issue with room service, but she ensured it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the great support. I would be happy to visit again in the future—just hoping for a better room next time.

Front Office and F&B teams were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention to Mr. Ubair from the Sales team for ensuring a seamless reservation process and for his support throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered an excellent variety of delicious dishes. We particularly enjoyed the quality, taste, and freshness of the meals, with something suitable for every member of the family. The hotel's location is another major advantage, providing convenient access to Dal Lake, local attractions, and the city center. Overall, our family had a comfortable and memorable stay.
