The amazing staff: Asif, javed, sahil, shubham, abbas, irfan. The service of all staff was amazing. We were treated with uptmost respect and wonderful hospitality. We were treated like family and we would highly recommend visiting the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, one can see the glacier from the hotel itself. The staff was very welcoming and warm and hospitable. Full marks for their hospitality. The food is excellent and well priced. And extensive menu. But the people, the servers, the chef, manager, all were very good. Would stay there only, when in Sonmarg.
