"Restaurant experience"

Just had a great 2 night stay at Radisson Jas Shimla. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Vikrant Dhatwalia in the Restaurant. We had a mishap with our dinner order Saturday eve 25th October and Vikrant resolved the issue quickly and effectively whilst other members of the waiting staff seemed incapable of doing. "Overall comfortable stay"

Good overall stay, rooms could have been better with large beds, bathrooms could have been bigger as well, swimming pool could have been temperature controlled so that we can take a dip even in the chill climate.

My stay was fantastic, Miss Tamanna at the front desk. She was exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
