Great stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel Shimla. Nestled amidst the serene and beautiful mountains of Shimla, the hotel offered the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic charm. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal thoughtfully prepared and beautifully served. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff members whose warmth and dedication made our stay even more special. Their attentive service and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made us feel at home throughout our visit. I would like to mention few names like Pooja, Tamana, Sudhiksha and Samiksha from reception, Arpit ji the technician who was a life saver for us, Mr Chaman Sharma the manager who made the check out swift for us and Srishti the Trainee Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway with great food and exceptional service.

overall excellent team at the hotel, Every staff member were ready to help. the room 3303 stayed in, was a bit confusing to reach taking two lifts and stairs for senior citizen like us.. Provision of stair lift was well thought off.

Now this is beautiful hotel. Chocolates were left in our room. The maid knocked on the door with fresh fruit, when we arrived. The staff can be a little slow in the dining room. Breakfast was ok. Shimla is very cold this time of year. The rooms are lovely and warm. The staff over all are very nice.
