





I stayed here because it was Radisson. I thought it would be much better than it is. It's 3 star at best. The good part s the location. The rooms are nice, albeit not very well maintained. But that's about as good as it gets. From my observation, There seems to be no management. They lack detail across all touch points in the hotel. There is a distinct lack of detail. A distinct lack of care. The wi-fi is atrocious and wreaks of cost cutting. The speed is so slow, I felt like I was back in the 1990's. Please folks, get it right. I will fly out of Tunis after this on an aircraft that offers 200mb per sec download speed. Your 1 mb per sec fails in comparison. You need to invest in the technology for not a lot of money to be honest. The room was nice. Bright, with loads of light. A separate bathroom from the toilet was a nice feature. The bed was very comfy. Despite what others reviewers noted, the a-c in my specific room appeared to be functioning properly. There is adequate power outlets throughout. Cupboard space was plentiful and the Safe worked. Lighting was good with bedside master switches. The desk space could probably use a small lamp as it did get quite dark in that part of the room. But there is a complete lack of detail when it comes to housekeeping. Water wasn't replenished, bathroom shampoo, conditioner and body-wash containers were empty. The shower recess was filthy. The hotel windows were dirty. Coffee and tea were not replenished. The breakfast was very basic and did not seem to be very fresh to me personally. It had all the basics, but the trays were not being cleaned or tidied throughout the service. And as other Guests have noted, it was like a sauna in the ground floor restaurant. An d the same in the corridors throughout the hotel. The 9th Level rooftop pool & bar has a view over Sfax area towards the coast. The pool in the middle was scattered with tables and chairs for Guests to enjoy drinks and food. The area was surrounded by glass wind protectors. These were filthy dirty. You could barely see through them. Such a shame. Would not take much to clean them daily for the enjoyment of the Guests. The tables and chairs were dusty and dirty. I get that will happen as it is outside in a city that is dusty and sandy. All it would take is for the wait team to wipe down the tables and chairs before each shift. Simple but effective. A nice hotel, nice rooms, nice rooftop restaurant and bar, badly let down by lack of detail to service and housekeeping, lack of detail to cleanliness and the Guest experience and wi-fi which simply sucks. 3 star at best. That's generous.

Great hotel, cleaned and secure. Staff was extremely attentive to m'y needs. Qualité of Foods was good and the breakfast buffet were also great with varieties of meals, fruits and beverages! The Room was impeccably clean, spacious and confortable.
I thank all the staff for the welcome and for everything. the SPA center was very nice, I am really very satisfied, i visit the rooftop was wonderful everything was very well. I Will come back soon with my family.
