






Arranged a 3 day conference, Pretty much excellent in all aspects, Strategically well placed near BLR CHENNAI Highway, less than 30 minsvfrom airport. Well maintained and spacious rooms and conference areas. Worth every penny. Hygeine is genuinely taken care of, esp dining. Whole hotel works on tandem, precisely aware of needs and catering to it well. Mr Chandrabose aka Bose is an invaluable asset, always approachable and one step ahead. Above review is not mine only, a collective one from the delegates who attended also.

I have stayed in ur hotel in room no 1026for 4 days, the towel work was absolutely amazing and creative and neated presented. Such a beautiful gesture by the mr.adarsh and mr.naveen and room service team that made us smile the moment we entered the room. Thank you for making our stay even more memorable.
I recently stayed at Radisson Salem with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The hospitality and service were truly outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the food – the breakfast spread was impressive, with an incredible variety (it felt like there were over 100 items covering multiple cuisines). The live counters, particularly for dosa and poori, were a great highlight. It clearly reflects the hotel’s focus on customer satisfaction rather than cost considerations, which is highly appreciable during this cylinder crisis. Another positive aspect was the flexibility of allowing outside food in the rooms, something I haven’t commonly seen in other hotels or resorts. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in every aspect, and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Radisson Salem. One area for improvement: I noticed that the valet parking staff expect a tip each time they bring the car. For guests who use their car multiple times a day, tipping repeatedly (minimum ₹100 each time) can be inconvenient. It would be helpful to have a more structured approach, such as a common tipping box at checkout, allowing guests to contribute voluntarily at the end of their stay.
