  • I have got an amazing room mountain view. The food and ambience of all the restaurants were great. Special thanks to Ayana Johny.. She was extremely helpful, humble and supportive and took care of us properly.

  • I've stayed at Radisson Salem many times en route to Cochin from Bangalore. For my four year old daughter the trip is not complete unless we stay at least one night at her "R" hotel and eat from the restaurant. I've traveled across the world (mostly to North America, Europe and China) and have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels. Radisson Salem stands out due to their wonderful, courteous and helpful staff and the excellent quality maintained in their rooms and restaurants. I would like to call out the reception staff, the room service waiter, the bell boy and the valet driver (particularly the driver on duty on 22nd morning was very friendly and helpful) .

  • Excellent ambience! Rooms and restaurants are very good. Very courteous staff. Guest manager Ayana and Sarathy were extremely helpful. Would recommend this Hotel for both business and leisure. Keep up the good work.
