Reservation Manager Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket Copied straight out of her signature, she sorted out my bookings when booking.com wouldnt allocate the correct size room and ensured we got rooms on the ground floor. Super helpful customer service made rhe experience much more pleasant. Thank you!

Lovely hotel, good warm welcome from the lovely reception and everyone was so helpful. Big room and swimming pool. We will be back to stay again.

After a small mess up on arrival and some awful weather in the first 2 days, everything was brilliant. We stayed for 11 nights and the stand out were the amazing team including Ida, Monz and Tar, and many others (sorry I’m awful at remembering)! Thank you for looking after us all! Kamala Beach is so lovely and relaxing compared to bustling Patong etc..

I had a really good stay at Radisson Resort, Kamala, Phuket. The property is beautiful, well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The rooms were comfortable, the pool area was lovely, and the overall vibe of the resort felt peaceful and welcoming. A special mention to Nimisha, who helped us immensely throughout our stay. She’s an amazing person at the property, always approachable, kind, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Her support truly made our experience even better.
