Our stay at Radisson Blu Resort, Marjan Island was short, but the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, we were made to feel incredibly special. A very special thank you to Manager Anees, who went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary memorable. From the seamless check-in and thoughtful room arrangements to the beautiful décor and generous complimentary touches, every detail was taken care of with such genuine warmth and attention. Our dinner at La Med Restaurant was undoubtedly one of the highlights. The menu and food were superb, the table was beautifully decorated, and the complimentary anniversary cake was such a thoughtful finishing touch. The level of service from the entire La Med team was simply outstanding. Just WOW! I would love to mention every member of the team by name since each person contributed to our experience, but would hate to unintentionally leave anyone out, so my appreciation goes out to the entire Team. My sincere appreciation goes to the F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, and the entire La Med team for making my family and me feel so genuinely welcomed and cared for. What impressed me most was that nothing felt routine or simply part of a hotel service. There was a genuine desire to make our occasion special, and that personal touch made all the difference. Although it was only a short stay, the exceptional service, wonderful food, thoughtful complimentary gestures, and genuine hospitality turned it into a beautiful memory for our family. Thank you, Anees, and the entire team for showing us what extraordinary customer service truly feels like. We leave with wonderful memories and so much appreciation. We stayed on 3rd August and Sunil welcomed us with warm and smile. His hospitality is professional and genuine special thanks to him. The room is nice sea view with balcony. Very short but memorable style. For sure we will come back for another amazing stay.
