We had an incredible experience at the hotel with my wife. The beach and the bar were our favorite places because of the drinks . Very nice people like Sujal , Bashir Always welcoming with a smile on their faces . looking forward to coming back

We visited this hotel for the second time. Our first stay was in May, and we enjoyed it more back then because there were fewer tourists. In May, the animation for both kids and adults was great. This time, the kids’ animation was almost nonexistent — for two days in a row they only had the same Stitch mascot, and the music choices didn’t match the activities. The adult animation also wasn’t as good as before. We stayed for 12 days. There were also small queues at the restaurant entrance during dinner, and in the first half of the day there were not enough sunbeds on the beach — people were even placing towels on the ground. Now the positives: delicious food, always clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and polite. I want to especially mention Naqeeb from the reception desk — we checked in with him, and he was fast, polite, and very helpful. And Ravi — an amazing guy. He was always around and ready to help with anything. I have no idea what his position is, but he was literally everywhere and always supportive.

Even if the locaton is far from Dubai, the Holiday moments/Dertour travel agent Mr.Farouq planned every details .The cars,the drivers,the local guides and the tickets for our objectives.Accomodation,food,services are good;The staff and the workers are also kind and respectfully and they doing a great job.Thank you!

From the moment we arrived at Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah, we knew we were in for something special. It was honestly one of the best holidays we’ve ever had – everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to return! The entire team made us feel like family – so friendly, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of wonderful energy. Reception & Front of House: A huge thank you to Ayaaz, Ahdi, and Esther – incredible from the very start! Always smiling, helpful, and kind. Esther went out of her way to make our stay extra special – it was a birthday trip, and she made sure it was truly memorable. She even arranged an early check-in so we could head straight to the pool – such a thoughtful touch. Sunil was also amazing, helping us throughout our stay with all sorts of queries and even arranging outings outside the hotel. Duty Managers: Roshan and Naqeeb were so attentive and caring – one evening, they even checked to make sure I had my room key when he saw me passing reception without my belongings. Such genuine care really stood out. Bakehouse Café: We visited daily before the gym, and Naveen and Ruth were always so kind and attentive. Always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. La Med (Italian Restaurant): Absolutely delicious food and wonderful service from Masood and Moudy. We dined there multiple times, and every meal was exceptional. Main Restaurant: Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There was always a fantastic variety of cuisines to choose from. Special mention to Anupama, who greeted us every day with such cheer and warmth; Ravi, who remembered our favorite drinks and served them perfectly; and Hesham, Gergis, and Bevin for their attentive and friendly service. Seafood Shack: The food here was a real treat! Nayan, Amit, and Gayan made sure everything was perfect. Even my sister, who usually doesn’t enjoy seafood, loved every dish we tried! Bar & Entertainment: The bar was such fun – great atmosphere with pool and foosball tables, plus fantastic live entertainment. Eddie, the singer, brought so much energy and joy to every night – he got everyone involved, even singing an Indian song for me! Richard, Bashir, and the rest of the bar team were wonderful, ensuring everyone had a great time. And of course, Terry, the DJ – one of the highlights of our trip! His sets were amazing, keeping everyone dancing into the night. He read the crowd perfectly and created such a vibrant, inclusive vibe. We had great conversations too – he’s such a talented and interesting person. I honestly wish I could be back on that dance floor right now listening to Terry’s playlist! Spa: The spa was pure bliss. JB and Amy gave me one of the best hot stone massages I’ve ever had – the session ended with soothing tea and relaxation time, leaving me completely refreshed. Head Chef: A huge shoutout to Chef Manish, who went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. He personally made and delivered the most delicious red velvet cake I have ever tasted! He was so friendly and genuinely passionate about his craft – truly an asset to the hotel. Overall, this trip was nothing short of perfect. Every single team member we met contributed to making our holiday so special. The Radisson Ras Al Khaimah truly felt like a home away from home – warm, welcoming, and full of heart. We’re already counting down the days until we can return! ❤
