An absolute amazing stay. I was really cranky at first knowing that it's a pure veg Resort, but the food absolutely blew me away. Amazing food, great hospitality. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Right from the security to the reception to the kitchen and the housekeeping, especially Palak front the front desk was peppy, helpful and courteous. I have already planned a trip again with my extended family. This is my go to place for hill station trips.

Its located at a 4 hr drive from Mumbai. I visited for the birthday celebration of my wife & son. Room was spacious with a lovely balcony to enjoy morning tea with sunrise. Property is huge & beautiful. Staff is very courteous & helpful. Thanks to Palak, Soni, Kundan, Brijesh, Pranay and many more with whom we interacted during our stay. We had our dinner & B/fast at the hotel itself &therefore can assure you that food is delicious & quick & efficient service is a cherry on the cake. Thank you team Radisson for this wonderful holiday. Only suggestion, if you can add temperature controlled feature to your pool. Its beautiful but hard to use in Winters .
