Although our circumstances were some what different as we came to Cairo for emergency eye surgery whilst on holiday in Sharm El Sheikh we have to say without doubt the staff here are the most friendly and helpful we have yet to come across. Our insurance company placed us here for the first 3 nights. We were then obliged to find alternative accommodation however, after such a stressful time we decided to return for further 4 nights for a good chill knowing that we would be well looked after. A special mention to our cleaners Hanaa and Mohamed, our fun cleaners on floor 6, who made our stay even more enjoyable .

Everything was OK. I highly recommended to Hotel. Especially Habiba mohamed helped us when ever we need help.

the hotel is very comfortable and stuff is very friendly, people at the reception, Sameh, people at the bar. rooms are very big and well equipped (ironing, hair dryer, etc). room service 24-7 is good, not cheap. they give you access to Gold’s gym nextdoor (great complete gym)

The food is excellent and the service is perfect, we really enjoy everything and had a good time, highly recommended to everyone. Habiba Mohamed service was excellent and really nice.
