"Great Staff, Lovely Room, and Excellent Service"

Everything about this stay was just great. The staff were super kind and welcoming, really made us feel at home. There was a senior lady on the team who impressed us with her warm and thoughtful care. you could really feel the experience in the way she looked after guests. The room was comfortable, breakfast was tasty, and even the parking service was smooth and easy. Honestly, every detail was well taken care of. A wonderful stay from start to finish

Friendly staff. Great for long stay and explore cortina. Spacious room. Walking distance to the city and to the cable car. Sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable and perhaps only suitable for children. There is a supermarket within 3 minutes walk . Many restaurants around . This place is recommend . There is no aircon but the rooms were quite cool inside .

This hotel might truly have the most convenient access to Cortina center. Having the apartment setting was quite nice to have a quiet bedroom away from the early rising skiers in the group. Service was extremely friendly and very well done. Would stay here again if my goal was to be able to walk to Cortina shopping. It is also quite charming in the evening with the sparkling lights outdoors.

My expectations were exceeded on our week ski trip to Cortina D’Amprezzo. Accommodations were phenomenal & the staff fantastic. We were always greeted with a smile and every request met in a timely manner. Rooms were fantastic. Hotel is central to everything. Restaurants, lounge & full service spa were wonderful. We truly felt welcome & at home here.
