My second time staying, beautiful listed building. Rooms are nice with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast is very good, highly recommend this hotel, 2 minutes from train station
"Christmas Market Stay"

Amazing view for the Christmas market, right next to the train station and right in the city but still quiet in rooms to feel away from it all. Hotel and rooms are amazingly decorated to a high standard throughout, everything is clean and well thought off. Didn't use restaurants so can't comment but looked fairly reasonable prices. Beds are so comfty and bedding is luxuriously soft. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay would definitely book again!

the hotel was clean and rooms were very nice. Location was excellent. Staff were all very helpful and being able to rent umbrellas was also a bonus with the terrible weather.

"Gorgeous hotel , great location"

Gorgeous hotel, location is excellent literally next door to lime street station. We loved everything about this hotel, room was beautiful, the entrance and stairways were really nicely decorated and had a lovely feeling to them. We only stayed 2 nights but the room was cleaned and restocked after the 1st night. We didnt have breakfast so can’t comment on it but overall would definitely stay again
