"Perfect stay, fantastic staff!"

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel . The room was spacious but cosy. The bed was very comfortable with luxurious pillows and bedding. The temperature in the room was perfect and we never heard a sound from other guests or the city outside. The streaming option on the tv worked perfectly and the view of St George’s hall was breathtaking, especially at night. We were checked in by Darren who did so quickly and efficiently with a very friendly yet professional manner. I felt compelled to leave a review as, while being checked in, another extremely rude and obnoxious guest stormed to reception and literally threw his luggage ticket at Darren! Obviously not prepared to wait 20seconds for another member of staff to approach or for me to finish! I really don’t know how Darren kept his composure and remained polite to the arrogant man but he did!

Exceptional value for money in a magnificent city centre hotel with warm and helpful staff. Beautiful building inside and outside. Super quiet rooms although in the city centre. I recommend this hotel unreservedly

This beautiful Hotel is literally next door to Liverpool Lime Station. The architecture is stunning but the inside has also a distinctly modern feel. A fun motorcycle and sidecar sit beside reception and you are able to sit in and on this for photos which was fun. Our room was perfect. Tea/Coffee facilities although some bottled water for bed would have been lovely. It was my Birthday and I had a card from the Hotel and 2 free drinks from the bar which was really appreciated and unexpected! Bar was wonderful too. Check in/out can be all done yourself via iPads so all very cool. Such a great location for station and exploring the City. Our room faced the stunning St George’s Hall. Would definitely recommend a stay here if in Liverpool!

We have been to Liverpool before but this was our first stay at Radisson Red and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Being right next to Liverpool Lime St train station it is perfectly located, being around £5-6 taxi from key locations in the city. The room was spotless, large bathroom and very secure. The restaurant/breakfast is superb. Lot’s of offer at breakfast and actually spoilt for choice, good options at dinner for vegetarians and the staff made sure everything was suitable before serving.

Another exceptional stay at this outstanding hotel.The hotel is located right next door to the Empire theatre,so fantastic if you're taking in a show,Bedrooms are small but everything you need is there,very good bathroom and the view of St Georges Hall is fantastic.Breakfast was quite possibly the best breakfast we have had,lots of choice,both hot and cold and the service is excellent.Please pass on our thanks to all the staff for their excellent service.
