Booked for Sunday lunch. Roast was excellent, plenty of food and cooked beautifully. Waitresses Rhia and Laura were great, making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

Hotel was fantastic very clean. Room was abit on the small size. No drawers for storage. Staff friendly. Breakfast great. Hotel handy for station and local attractions and shopping. Definitely be back

"Great hotel in perfect location"

This is a great hotel in the perfect location right next to Lime Street. Check in was efficient and friendly thanks to Danny. The room was spotless and beds comfortable. We did not eat in the hotel but did have a drink in the bar with good service from both Toby and Ollie. We will definitely return.

"Never mind the Fab Four. Radisson Red Liverpool is Fabulous"

Fabulous stay at the Radisson RED Liverpool. The staff were lovely and very helpful, from check in till check out. The room was lovely, spacious and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. I would return to Radisson RED Liverpool, it was fabulous.

"An incREDible experience with an amazing team!!"

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to the incREDible Radisson RED team for making our three-day stay so special. The service was fantastic from the moment we arrived, and everyone looked after us so well. Martinez and Simone are brilliant leaders, completely hands on, and you can really feel that in the way the whole hotel runs. Breakfast was great too – the omelettes were a highlight (cheese and tomato in particular). We genuinely felt like VIPs the whole trip! A special mention has to go to Simone, the GM. He connected with our daughter in such a genuine, heartfelt way, treating her with the kind of warmth you’d expect from family. She kept wandering over to the rocking horse by the Christmas tree, and Simone always spoke with her (she adored him). The little surprise he left under the tree for her to find was such a lovely touch, and she has carried the dog and her gorgeous handbag around ¨like a lady¨ for weeks! Seeing her face light up when she discovered it was one of those moments we’ll remember for a long time, especially now that she’s starting to understand the magic of Christmas. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable stay. We honestly can’t wait to come back!
