






Totally blown away with this hotel and can’t wait to visit again . Came in by train and hotel is next door to the train station. When we arrived check in for our room was open and staff were really helpful in giving us directions for our concert that night. The room was amazing bed was really comfy and everything you would need. The following morning we had breakfast and even though it was quite busy staff were really helpful in getting us seated promptly. Food was delicious and plentiful.
My go-to hotel in Liverpool. Superb location. Gorgeous interiors. Friendly and efficient service from the reception team .Bed extremely comfortable and had a peaceful nights sleep. Plentiful hot water in shower with good pressure. Iron and board very useful. Only one slight niggle on this occasion re the bar. The tables were mucky , needed a wipe and my seat was covered in crumbs.
The pillows were not soft enough. Dawn pillows would have been exceptionally good to have as an option even to request. Could not sleep as well.
Had a fabulous time at the Radisson Red Liverpool. Could not fault any part of the hotel, the staff, the room and general surroundings were amazing. Love the short cut door to Lime Street station too.
I am not someone that would normally leave a review but I feel compelled to do so in this occasion. I have travelled extensively over the years and stayed over in various hotels in every star rating. My overall experience at Radisson Red Liverpool was absolutely astonishing. The rooms, although clearly a design format still managed to feel very individual and bespoke giving a boutique feel reminiscent of The Paramount in New York ( with bigger rooms)while still offering all the functionality anyone would require for both business and pleasure. I was travelling with my teenage son , who would never usually comment, but at one point went for a wee wander to explore the hotel as he felt he was living in a cool art gallery museum. The breakfast was literally the cherry on the cake, please do not skip breakfast on your trip- delicious !. My only criticism was not for this hotel in particular but more for the frustrating, patronising and totally unhelpful Radisson AI telephone booking assistant, which I had to hang up on a number of times without success- On this otherwise quality experience this was a real let down- People prefer People Radisson!- otherwise Top Marks and looking for an excuse to return- Thank you
