We really enjoyed our stay at this relatively new hotel. It is located adjacent to the train station which was a big bonus for us. The room was very clean and modern. And breakfast was awesome with a tremendous number of choices to suit anyone. The hotel is very convenient to many of the sights of the city.

Communication prior to stay was excellent, online checkin, upgrade/ experience options. Simon, the front of house manager, was excellent including warm welcome, checkin experience and slightly earlier access to my room, arrived in Liverpool earlier than expected. Bar and breakfast staff also attentive and friendly. Thanks Radissson RED for a great stay

We had a great experience here. Really nice hotel and in a great location. Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at check in, who were awesome. We had a number of issues, all caused by errors on our part, not the hotels. The staff were incredibly helpful, really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks very much for sorting everything. We’ll definitely be back when we are in Liverpool again.

We could not have found a better location . We arrived by train and the hotel is a stones throw away. We also had a night at the theatre which is yards away from the hotel . Ideal location and on the doorstep to explore Liverpool city centre . The hotel is very well furnished and very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was excellent and had a great choice of breakfast items. I would like to mention Darren and Simone who greeted us upon arrival making us welcome and informed us of all the information we required about the hotel and answering any questions we had about the Liverpool centre. No hesitation in returning to this hotel
