Radisson RED Helsinki - TripAdvisor traveler rating

Our stay at Red Radisson was very enjoyable. The hotel was quaint and in a great location. The staff were amazing and went beyond thee call of duty. I had already boarded the Cruise Ship when I realized that I had forgotten my extra insulin in he hotel fridge. The hotel was able to send my medication in a taxi to me before the ship departed. I will ALWAYS be grateful to the Radisson staff for looking after me. If they hadn't done this, I would have been anxious for my entire holiday, wondering if I was going to run out of my daily meds and not have any more on hand. A HUGE thank-you to Radisson Red for putting their customer's needs first. i will recommend your hotel to everyone!

Brilliant hotel for the price paid. The decor was fab - loved the black & red and the quirky artwork! Very clean and quiet, heard no noise within or outside hotel, and had lovely nights sleep - beds were very comfy! Bathroom was great, loved the under sink light that was on a sensor, great if you needed bathroom in the night. The complimentary products were a decent quality too. 5 minute walk from the main city centre and train station. Lovely park bordering hotel. Breakfast was very good, decent selection, though does get busy and chaotic at weekends. We were seated in a meeting room one of the days, as they'd run out of space! Would definitely return!

We stayed here for two nights in August and had a fantastic stay. Breakfast had a great selection and was delicious & the hotel was in a nice central location, most places either easily walkable or reachable from a short tram journey (the stations were very close). The staff on reception were very friendly and had great suggestions of things to do in the city. There was a fantastic live music duo on in the bar one evening, drinks were reasonably priced and there’s a lovely atmosphere. The room was clean and well equipped including a hairdryer and a clothes steamer (worked better than an iron in our opinion). When revisiting Helsinki, I’ll certainly stay here again!

It was a Great Stay! at your hotel during my business trip in Europe. This hotel is in the city center and during my off time I had spent wonderful time in the city center.

Absolutely exceptional and probably my favorite hotel so far in Europe. Firstly the location is next to a huge beautiful park and the hotel itself is walking distance to ALL famous sites in Helsinki. The hotel rooms were impeccably clean…I have never seen a hotel rooms so clean before. It is also very technologically advanced with different preferences of lighting and other technology surprises within the room. Design was very smart and thoughtful and I love the King size bed with two comforters (instead of one as you see in other hotels), so you and your partner can each have your own comforter in a shared bed. Our rooms had a stunning view of the park. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. And the breakfast food was WOW…gourmet choices…lactose free options for people like myself who struggle to find them in other places. Even vegan cold cuts which was a happy surprise. You are greeted with a “vitamin shot” when you enter the dining area which is made with different healthy juices. Food was all fresh, local, and delicious. I am so sad to leave but hope to come back soon. Thank you for such an exceptional experience! With love, from Texas USA
