"Fabulous!"

Everything about this hotel was stellar and I’m so glad I picked it. The staff on reception were super helpful and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, and even in the smaller rooms, the bathroom was still quite generous in size. I particularly liked the low level night lighting in the bathroom - very clever. There was tea and coffee in the room which was a godsend after arriving at midnight - also the tea was Clipper brand, which is a very good one (I am British, so appreciated that!). Breakfast was fabulous - a huge array of delicious hot and cold foods (scrambled eggs, salmon, bacon, pancakes, cheeses, salad and my favourite - huge bowls of berries to put on your own choice of yoghurt). The breakfast staff work so hard. The location is great (on the edge of a botanic garden, 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk from a tram stop). It is hard to see how this hotel could be bettered tbh. One last comment - I have read that the ‘Red’ brand is aimed at Millennials, but there were people of all ages staying (I’m in my 50s).

Hotel is centrally located - 5-10 min walk from central station. It’s slightly tucked away so it’s away from the noises, which is excellent! The room we stayed was of reasonable size. Comfortable bed. Clean and stylish. Breakfast was of great quality and variety, though on the Sunday morning it felt quite crowded around 10am. The sauna in the basement was great! The greatest impression I’d like to highlight is that the reception staff were EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! It’s not just one or two individuals but all of them! They made our stay so enjoyable by just being genuinely friendly and happy! Thank you!

Perfect and kind service. Tasty Breakfast, clean rooms, relaxing saunas. Would go there again any day. Beds were great to sleep in.

"Modern new hotel in the city center"

The hotel is very close to the main station near a park, it's very quiet location. The hotel is very new and very modern. Not very luxurious like marble but rather pure cement, but I liked that very much. Beds are very comfortable. The gym has many modern equipment and also 2 boxing heavy bags with boxing gloves. Hope that stays. Breakfast was ok, just a bit busy and crowded. For me I really liked it there, better than the Blu not far away as more modern. No lounge for VIP as far as I know.

"Amazing stay at RED Helsinki"

We booked this hotel as the location seemed to be perfect for a visit to Helsinki, and it was. It was a wonderful stay as we not only were properly recognised as VIP members, but also treated to a few 40th Wedding Anniversary treatments that made our stay very special. Very friendly staff overall, recommended.
