I read a lot of the recent reviews on here before going and wasn't overly optimistic, but our stay was perfect. 3 of us in 3 separate rooms for a business trip - the staff were lovely, there was a small issue with breakfast not being paid for properly when booking which was easily resolved. My room was clean and tidy, the shower was brilliant (so powerful!), and didn't have any noise issues. The rooms are very modern, the hotel in general is modern. Breakfast was very good too. Would definitely stay here again

Roof restaurant services could be better, room services was late or never turned up. Room was cold, heating didn’t work

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The property itself was very clean and modern, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. It’s also in a good location – not a bad walk to the O2 Arena. What really made my stay stand out, though, was the service from José on reception. He was extremely welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. At breakfast he made pleasant conversation and seemed genuinely interested in how my stay was going and whether I had enjoyed myself. His warmth and professionalism really added a personal touch and made me feel very looked after. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to return.

Great value for the money clean room great service breakfast was good bacon was a bit salty for me but overall good experience would definitely stay again
