Izzy made our experience delightful

A lovely two nights at a skyline event then a night with friends. The hotel has lovely rooms with great views and as always the rooms were spotlessly clean. Despite an event being on the room was quiet and we slept well. The reception staff Amy and Fiona were cheery, friendly and very accommodating managing to let us into our room early, not move rooms when we had booked two nights separately and then getting us out the car park when I'd lost my ticket. Looking forward to the next stay. Late check out at 12 is perfect.

What a beautiful venue. Great views. Serve was great. We were served by Isssi who looked after us so well. Food was amazing. Unusual. Very well presented. Very tasty. Cocktails and mocktails. Very well made and delish. Would recommend.

We had a great time in the skybar, we got chatting away to Josh (the manager) and learned alot about cocktails up at the bar, he knows how to make your night that bit better with his banter and knowledge on cocktails, He went out his way to “challenge a bartender” where I got to create my own unique cocktail tailored to my preferences and my god it was amazing!!! You can tell he’s a massive asset to the company the way he presents himself and his presence within the hotel, his staff are excellent and very efficient on the bar! We will be back!!!!
