TV's aren't the most up to date, so you can't access Netflix etc and the ability to cast/link up is limited and awkward to use. Take an ipad(oHaiAlexander)

Parking on site is extremely handy and only £12 for those staying at the hotel. Alternatively there is a multi storey car park nearby(amzylouw2019)

There are some lovely bars and restaurants just up the road. The hotel might seem out on a limb, but they're only a 5 min walk away.(lickmylips)

Comfortable and spacious room that was spotless. Nice comfortable bed. Spacious and modern bedroom with a strong shower. The location is good in waking distance from city centre and university. Pleasant atmosphere and polite staff. Overall, good value for money. Happy to go back in the future.

"Excellent stay"

We have stayed here numerous times whilst attending events at the Hydro, and have always had a great experience. Last time however, the food was a real let down, both at breakfast and dinner. We only had breakfast this time and were pleased to see there was a big improvement. All the food items, both hot and cold, were good quality, with lots of choice. The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities you would expect. Staff were all lovely and friendly. It was nice to be back and we look forward to our next stay.
