Lovely hotel and very friendly staff especially the receptionist when we arrived who was very helpful to us. Had a room overlooking the river. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Went to the rooftop bar with great views. On our second night in the rooftop bar was fairly quiet when we were in but felt the staff could have cleared some of the tables that had dishes and glasses on them, they were still there when we left about an hour later! I was always taught the bar and tables should be kept cleared and clean! It was good that we could park at the hotel.

Brilliant hotel. Having had a night at the Hydro. this was so close. We had an accessible room on 8th floor...what a stunning room, it was on a corner with floor to ceiling windows. Gorgeous wet room...huge!!!! Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all there. Fridge and safe in wardrobe, ironing board and iron. 55in tv on wall. Hairdryer and super comfy super king sized bed. Room spotless. Beautiful cooked and continental breakfast All staff top of their game Highly recommend this hotel, we'll be back!!

Had an amazing experience Lisa made the best margaritas

We visited 26th May to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. We had a great time. We started with cocktails outside. The views are amazing. The afternoon tea was delightful. Lots of little dainties you wouldn't normally have. We asked for tea which was provided free. A free drink is also included. We had lager and G and T. Outside as it was a lovely day, the atmosphere was great. People talking and mixing, it was great fun as Glasgow people are. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. I can highly recommend this afternoon.
