Parking is free and there is plenty of it.
It's a little bit outside of Galway City centre (wilbert028)
This is a wonderful hotel, I was here for a reunion in October 2025. The hotel is a half hour walk from Galway city but a short taxi ride.(Redser69)
The rooftop bar nice but I preferred the ground floor bar.(Richard P)

Lovely stay in the Radisson red Galway. Room lovely, great parking, lovely rooftop bar, everywhere spotless, front desk really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mohammad who was always friendly and welcoming, he went out of his way to make our trip special.

"Great food, service and amazing view from roof top restaurant/bar"

We had the pleasure of dining in your restaurant this evening. We would like to commend Daniel on his superb service a very happy, professional service, a true gentleman, he is an asset to Raddison Red. We also went upstairs to the roof top bar a recommendation from Daniel, again we were blown away absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately we did not have time to stay and have a cocktail again the bar man up there was a gentleman. We will be back

5/5 Stayed here with my partner. Was such a gorgeous place. The staff go above and beyond. Barman made a cocktail off the menu and was so obliging, it was delicious. Bar was vary quiet lacked atmosphere but it’s probably just that time of year! The nights team are amazing they are so helpful with advice and telling you places to check out, Bhumik and Youcef for all the help and directions. Everyone is so nice so friendly. Room was so cosy warm and comfy.

The food was absolutely delicious — easily among the best I’ve had the pleasure of tasting in Galway, comparable only to Michelin-starred restaurants. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly — especially Barman Alex and Manager Ivonka, whose kindness and helpful attitude were matched only by their high level of professionalism. A friendly place with a touch of class.

"All round great stay"

Great hotel. All round great stay. Staff very pleasant. Arrived early and were able to check in before noon which was great. Room was really nice with a comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Free parking so great value overall. While the hotel is outside the city centre it’s on a couple of bus routes so easy get into town. Will definitely stay again.
