Always book a mountain view room(dkw796)
Get a local sim card but make sure you're deal has phone minutes as well as data. You might need that option..we did.(Gerry F)
They have connecting/interleding rooms upon request.(ushma)
Take a waterfront facing room and if possible upgrade to a mountain facing superior room.(R P)
The pool is small. Our kids laughed out loud when they saw the size of the pool. (Ethan G)

Joyce is such a bubble of joy. And always helpful with my guest. She loves her job and it shows. Reception staff, world class.

Great service by our server, Thobisa! Menu has a good variety but not overwhelming.
