A very pleasant and comfortable stay. Delicious breakfast with choices from North and South India as well as a continental breakfast. Paratha and Dosas a big hit! We enjoyed the restaurant several times for lunch and dinner too as well as room service with a selection of Indian and other dishes. The room was very comfortable and well sized. The bed was large and big enough for us as a family of three (our child is age 8) comfortably. There is also a sofa lounger in the room and a table. There is an ensuite shower in the room. The iron and hairdryer in room are really effective! Staff are very hospitable and helpful. Really great to have such a lovely stay and facilities in Phagwara. It's very close to Phagwara shopping - a 7 min drive . When we were there the pool and gym were not yet open.

New Hotel, well located away from noise and rush, good infrastructure and rooms. Good food well prepared esp south indian delicacies prepared by Chef Ranjeet. F&B Manager Ayush and Sheetal looked after us well during breakfast. Thnx

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights with my family. Location is good for shopping in Phagwara and you do not feel you are in India. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are polite and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are young and are very hardworking especially Priya who was lovely and served us. They are training so guests need to be patient. Overall we had a good experience at this hotel and would stay here again.

Need to make fresh tea and juice as staffs is friendly nice clean hotel Need to gym and Sona as not avaible at the moment but other wise is good stay
