My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome card with my last name and candies in the room. This was a great start to our stay. The reception staff showed a high level of customer orientation. I would especially like to mention Ksenia—she solves issues quickly and effectively, communicates politely, and is always ready to help. Once I asked her for a personal favor, and she immediately fulfilled my request, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel rooms are new, the bed linen and towels are snow white. The room has everything necessary: water, coffee, and tea. The view from the panoramic window onto the Kama is simply mesmerizing. It's a great idea—to enjoy the view from the window and then relax in the pool on the 20th floor. The hotel also has a hammam and a sauna. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: herbal tea and water are provided in any quantity. Every guest immediately starts taking photos of the views from the window, and then enjoys the comfortable water in the pool. That is precisely why you should stay at this hotel. This is a truly magical place. The breakfasts at the hotel are also excellent. The staff in the restaurant is very polite. We were served by a young girl Elizaveta. She always offered to bring tea or coffee, as well as sparkling wine. Elizaveta smiled, approached all the guests, and created a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.
