It was our leasure trip for Oman The welcoming from Front Office Staff was excellent as we came late night especially Wasim he was very helpful he took extra miles as there was no concierge member to help with luggage he himself came out of his way to assist us with the luggage as we were family of 2 adults and kids he made our stay comfortable by giving a call to the room after checking in to make sure everything is ok with the room and he offered us a baby crib as we were having an infant which made us happy and we felt very comfortable as the room was front facing just the issue was for the bathroom sink was blocked and amminites were kept only for 1 person. Rest everything was good value for money

Excellent front desk staff who speak English. Located next to a grocery store and small indoor mall. 1.2 km from Mall of Oman Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable pillows and mattress. Rain head shower, hot shower with good pressure. Soft bath towels. Bedside reading lights. Good wifi. TV and fridge. Coffee tea station. Balcony. Elevators. Good breakfast. Pool.

Convenient location with a courteous and prompt staff :) The terrace pool is nice & clean. The buffet breakfast too is a good spread of vegetarian as well as non vegetarian. Highly Recommend :)

"Great value for money hotel to stay in muscat"

Staff is very helpful and hotel is also well maintained, we loved the breakfast spread. Pool, spa and other facilities are great. Rooms are also okay in size.
