I recently booked a family trip to celebrate my sister’s graduation from UIN Lampung. Unfortunately, I couldn’t be there in person due to the current situation in the Middle East. At the very last minute, I made a special request to create a small surprise for her. I would like to sincerely thank Royen, the Front Office Manager, for going above and beyond to make this happen. He personally contacted me to ensure all my requests were clear and well taken care of. His effort, attention to detail, and genuine care truly made the moment unforgettable for my family. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my family’s stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. This kind of service goes beyond expectations and truly reflects the “Yes I Can” spirit of Radisson Hotel Group. Thank you for making this celebration so meaningful and unforgettable.
