I must say this is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in the town! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable especially Maliki , a sweet lady always welcoming.Thank you so much !!! Definitely will come back!!! Small request, if can please add more varieties to the breakfast.

We spent the new year weekend at the hotel. Our experience was beyond expectations. The staff were courteous. The food was excellent. The rooms spacious and clean. The hotel is near to the Temple of the Tooth and other tourist attractions.

Radisson Kandy really brings a new dimension to the Kandy Hotel scene with an international standard product and service. Everything from the interior décor, the amenities.One of the best hotel in Kandy with five star facilities and can highly recommend for any type of travelers. The location is great, directly above and behind the Suisse Hotel with easy access to the Lake and Dalada Maligawa. The staff were well trained and attentive some were a most importantly they were very quick to respond and please. My special thanks to housekeeping attendants and front line staff. The rooms are comfortable with soft pillows and Quality bedlinen and bath linen. Really loved the comfortable and cozy room. It was so clean, the two highlights for us were the Food and the Rooftop bar outlet provided delicious foods and drinks. What a view and atmosphere from the rooftop bar. a lovely place to enjoy great views of Kandy, cool and comfortable temperature, and beautiful atmosphere. In general hotel is nice, Hope to visit again.

Pleasant hotel 20 minute walk from the main city. Comfortable room if smaller than so far accustomed too on this tour but just great for what we needed. Lovely choice at breakfast. Drinks and food taken on roof bar great place to view Kandy The check in and check out very organised and slick. Great Wi-Fi.
