We recently stayed at Radisson Hotel Kandy, and our experience was truly heartfelt and unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views, but what made our stay so special was the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. During our visit, my husband unfortunately fell ill, which was a very stressful situation for us. However, Mr. Nadun Kavinda and his wonderful team went above and beyond to check on us and ensure we were comfortable and supported. Their compassion, concern, and willingness to help meant so much to us during that difficult moment. It was incredibly touching and something we will never forget. The warmth, professionalism, and sincere hospitality of the entire team made us feel truly cared for, not just as guests but as people. Because of this, our stay became even more meaningful.
