The name Maee’z Kitchen draws inspiration from Dwarkamai, the sacred abode where Shri Saibaba cooked and served food to his devotees. “Dwarka” means the door to the divine, while “Mai” represents a mother’s nurturing spirit. This philosophy of devotion through nourishment defines every aspect of the restaurant.
