Hotel Tarifa Lances surprised me with how clean and spacious it is—from the rooms and baths to the lush grounds. The lobby staff welcomed us like old friends, and the restaurant, while a bit of a splurge, delivered on quality and ambiance. Plus, being so close to the port made our day trip to Tangier effortless. A great mix of style and practicality.

What started off as a great holiday on day one, could quite possibly have gone down hill (my husband hurt his knee and wasn’t able to go any where) However in stepped Nicolas Tello (GM at the hotel) who spotted my husband limping, he contacted the local pharmacy to arrange for some crutches and then went to action to get us an on hand taxi, personally offering to take us anywhere should he not be able to secure a taxi for us. He organised reservations at lovely restaurants and made the whole holiday a brilliant experience and like wise all his staff show the same level of customer service.

We stayed here for one night due to moving onto Morocco the following day. A very relaxing and tranquil hotel - not a place where there is loud booming music! A great night sleep - no sound anywhere - lovely. The views from the roof top bar are excellent - could do with more bar tenders up as it does get busy at sunset. The staff are all very attentive and helpful. We had some snacks from the menu at lunch time - very tasty and so reasonably priced. The town and port is about a 25 minute walk from the hotel - some lovely shops and restaurants. Would recommend if you’re after a hotel to relax and chill out in.

This is a very nice hotel. It is more like a mini resort. Very welcoming, close to the beach, has all the amenities you need. We made a quick change upon arrival and they were very accommodating. Close enough to take a taxi to the port to catch a ferry. Staff was wonderful. Parking available under the hotel.

nice and very comfortable place in our favorite part of Spain. we arrived in the fall of 2023 for 3 days to relax and go kiting. The wind in the region was very strong but inside the hotel it was calm. There is an indoor heated pool. we relaxed a lot by the large pool and enjoyed the view. wonderful parking. stunning interior. I would like to come back again as soon as possible. There are boat shops and services around. excellent concierge service. breakfasts and dinners.
