I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, looking for a quiet, relaxing location for recovery time after a minor op. I could not have picked better, comfortable room, with a large bed which I could see and hear the birds from my window, the room was cleaned and re stocked daily, a fab size duel head shower that did not leak into the bathroom, other hotels take note this makes a difference to us. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Now onto the big one for me, I am glutin intolerant, I explained this to the lovely waitress on night one, she smiled and explained no worries she would discuss with chef, came back with a list, yes a list of options (which I kept for my stay) I won't list what I had as sure menu changes BUT just saying the Fish and Chips might be the best I have had EVER! My only downside was the additional nightly parking costs, I assume, being near Gatwick airport this why, but as a general guest, I feel like including it in hotel costs might have been preferable for me.

Very pleased with everything at the hotel all the staff were very professional in all we asked of them and could not be more helpful.

Used this hotel when I flew from Gatwick, what a fantastic spot. When I arrived the check in was simple ,reception told me where to put my car for the two weeks I was leaving it there he then organised my taxi pick up for the morning, a link came through to my phone immediately for the taxi tracking to use in the morning. We used the restaurant for something to eat and we decided to share between the two of us a pizza and chips, which we where glad we did as it was filling, also a couple of drinks with the meal and price was reasonable. With having an early pick up we didn't get breakfast as we decided to get something at the airport. Taxi was on time and 10 minutes later we where at the airport. Overall a good hotel for parking and stay woild definitely use again.

Stayed one night on way to Gatwick. Hotel was warm and comfortable. Lovely old building with modern rooms. Plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely use again only 15mins from airport.
