The front desk will schedule taxis for you! Wetherspoons is a great place for an unlimited cup of coffee. The M&S market is the best!(Catherine V)
The central taxi office is located just up the road (Church Street). Ask for a taxi there. You get a estimate of cost and a taxi quick-smart(schmutzerl)

The staff are helpful and friendly. It is a short walk to the river, market, restaurants and tour pickups. The room was super comfy!

From entering the hotel we felt really at home and well looked after. We want to say a big thank you our morning team while we had our stay. Bright happy lady and Ian was just good fun. The other staff were welcoming as we were making good use of the hotel. I left the car at home for this trip and the River Ness is very close to everything including the railway and buses. We were asked, as in many hotels, it we wanted the room tidying or to leave the room without cleaning it - to save the planet. I asked for a tidy up but not over the top. All together a nice experience just the breakfast wasn't the best.

A cozy hotel that's a 5 minute walk from the train station. The highlight were the staff especially Chinmayi & Gautam who were amazing both days of our stay and did everything possible to make our stay better. Chinmayi in particular was very helpful given that my mom has twisted her foot. She phoned the NHS helpline and the next day came in to check on her personally. Excellent stay where we felt like we were home.
