A great hotel in a fab location with amazing staff. Stayed for one night with my wife in a lovely room which was spotlessly clean and warm. Chose to have breakfast the following morning which was delicious, plenty on offer and all beautifully cooked and presented. We are staying again in a few days and I am sure we will have the same experience. Thanks for a great start to our break in Scotland.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and bright situated on top floor of the building. I requested an accessible bathroom and that was exactly what we got and it was fully fitted for wheelchair access. Everything was spotless and when had a problem with water in wash basin, it was dealt with by time I returned to my room. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience - best hotel - would recommend this hotel, staff are fantastic, especially Chinmai and Gutunm - however, all of the staff are incredibly friendly and kind. They made my trip there a wonderful time, I was there from the 11th to the 29th of December. As a person who has experienced a lot of travel, and staying in different hotels - I can honestly say that this particular experience was one of my favourite. Thanks to the amazing staff - who looked after me throughout my whole time there. They always checked if I needed anything - whether it was a meal or something in Inverness. I would say that the room was comfortable, a good sized bed, and lovely shower. Clean and fresh water provided to me - nice tea and the Chef is excellent ( I often ordered his food ) Chinmai recommended me his menu and they brought it to my room. Thank you to all the staff over December and Christmas time, you’re all incredibly generous and kind people who provided me with a five star experience. I have recommended your hotel to other people and told them what a great place it is to stay. In beautiful surroundings of Inverness
