I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Bong and Erma at the front desk for their warm welcome and excellent service throughout my stay. They were always kind, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable. I would also like to thank Roland, the driver, for being punctual, friendly, and ensuring a safe and pleasant trip. Their outstanding hospitality made my experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
