Really good - a lovely stay. Two nice meals in the restaurant where we served by Charlotte who is attentive and friendly - we really look forward to seeing the staff at this hotel and Charlotte is great. Roshan also on the bar is always friendly efficient and chatty. We were checked in and out by Annu who is lovely and really good at her job. A shame the Manager (I think his name is Piju) has left as he was fantastic. The rooms are smart and clean and the bar is nice and restaurant good. One gripe - please hurry up and sort out the lift! Thanks for everything!

We visited the Park Hall restaurant today and enjoyed a lovely late lunch, the waiter Sarath was very helpful from when we arrived until we where ready to leave. My husband and I ordered the same from the menu, for starters we had Black Pudding sat on a bed of Mashed Potatoes and a Poached Egg on the top with a wholegrain mustard sauce, we then opted for the Fish and Chips, for drinks I asked if I could have a pot of tea which Sarath made freshly and brought immediately my husband had a beer, we have visited the restaurant before and enjoy the food and courteous staff. It's a little out of the way, but sat in beautiful surroundings the work to hotel is first class and well worth a visit.

We visited for the night and had a great time. Ajay (Aiden) in the restaurant/bar was absolutely amazing and we even told the new manager about him, who was walking the hotel getting to know the guests and checking everything was okay. We had a lovely stay, nice hot breakfast and a lovely time in the warm pool. There are some issues with this hotel, like the way it is situated with no connection to the pool and you have to go outside but the new manager says they are on it. Even the pool and gym are in some kind of rabbit warren, but everything in there once you find it, is fab...new gym equipment and a lovely warm pool. For the price, you're not going to get much nicer and our room was comfortable and quite big. We'd come back, as I really want the butter chicken again...what a meal, omg!!😋😋😋

We have visited this little gem of a hotel twice now in the past two weeks. All we can say it gets better. The staff are so helpful and put themselves out to help you. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice and the food is "hot" unlike some hotel buffets. The evening menu is compact but excellent food and the Butter Chicken is superb. The rooms are very clean as is the rest of the hotel. The bar / lounge is a very relaxing area.

AJ barr staff member is brilliant . Lovely food at restaurant . And swimming pool is warm . Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!
