I had a fantastic experience at the hotel spa and afternoon tea. As someone who is gluten-free, I was genuinely amazed by the selection of food on offer there was so much choice, and I left feeling completely full and well catered for, which is rare. The spa was exceptional, especially the hydrotherapy pool, which was easily my favourite part of the whole experience. It was relaxing, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. Service in the restaurant was also outstanding attentive, friendly, and really professional throughout. We had a truly lovely time overall. My partner especially enjoyed the burger included in the afternoon tea and said it was the best he’s ever had. For a voucher deal, I was honestly blown away by the value and quality. I would highly recommend this experience and would definitely return.

We stayed for a one night dinner B&B with spa access Shahna on reception was welcoming, professional, helpful and incredibly friendly. Anushca served us for dinner and was also extremely friendly, helpful and delivered excellent customer service. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The lunch and dinner were gorgeous - the quality of the food, taste and presentation were excellent and I highly recommend the restaurant. The entrance to the hotel is really impressive - the room was ok, the bed was comfortable but the room felt a bit bare, it could have benefitted from a sofa or comfy chairs & and a coffee table. We will definitely return ⭐️

Used this hotel a few times now, budget prices but a quality experience, all the staff are great but I promised I’d make a special mention of Shahna on the front desk, what a bright team member she is. She’ll go far with her positive attitude.
