Outdoor lido
Our lido is a historic outdoor pool fed by naturally warm, mineral-rich spring water. Originally opened in 1934 and beautifully restored, it offers a unique, chlorine-free swimming experience in tranquil surroundings. Open to the general public for a fee or membership package and free for hotel guests, the pool is naturally fed at around 19°C. The water temperature varies slightly with the outdoor weather, offering a refreshing and authentic experience set against the scenic backdrop of the Derbyshire Dales.Open Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 8 am-6 pm, open Tuesday & Friday from 8 am-7 pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9 am-5 pm.
