Nageb super person the best cleaner in the hotel he surprised us for days with crocodiles on the bed made of towels and huge ”love” sign on the bed he was full of smiles and positive energy we are truly pleased with his work because room was always clean and there was enough water

Lovely Italian restaurant food very tasty and very enjoyable staff very attentive and look after all your needs big thank you to staff my server was handy and kerlos and abdo and chef reds all very good

The location was excellent, close to the shops, the sea and with gorgeous views. Atmosphere in the hotel was friendly and safe. Workers were understanding and helpful. The room was really clean, big and comfortable. Sheets and towels were fresh and smelled great. The cleaner, Mostafa, was kind, helpful, fair and did an amazing job (we were in room 3319). At night, in the room was really quiet and peaceful.
